Mukul Dev, Veteran Actor, Passes Away at 54 in New Delhi
The Indian film and television industry is reeling from the loss of Mukul Dev, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 54 in New Delhi. Mukul, the younger brother of actor Rahul Dev, debuted in 1996 with the film Dastak alongside Sushmita Sen and later starred in notable movies like Son of Sardaar, R… Rajkumar, and Jai Ho. His recent work in Son of Sardaar 2, set for release in July 2025, is now his swansong, with co-star Vindu Dara Singh praising his comedic brilliance. Mukul also made a mark on television, hosting Fear Factor India and appearing in shows like Kumkum and Gharwali Uparwali.
